Do you require deposits for appointments?
No, we do not require deposits for appointments. We simply ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer that appointment time to another guest. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to seeing you!
How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!
Do I need to wear or do anything special for my visit?
No special preparation is needed! Just come as you are. If possible, arrive with clean, dry hair unless you’ve been given different instructions for your service. Wear something comfortable, and if you’re receiving a color service, you may want to avoid wearing clothing with a high collar. If you have inspiration photos, feel free to bring them—we’d love to see your ideas!
What is included in my appointment?
Every appointment includes a personalized consultation with your stylist to discuss your goals and recommend the best approach for your hair. Depending on the service you’ve booked, your appointment may also include a relaxing shampoo, conditioning, your requested service, and a finished style. Do you have a cellphone policy?
We kindly ask that cellphones are kept on silent during your appointment to help create a relaxing experience for you and our other guests. You’re welcome to use your phone as needed, but we appreciate minimizing calls and distractions while services are being performed. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm salon environment!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates! They’re a great way to treat someone special to a relaxing salon experience. Gift certificates are available for purchase—please contact us for more details or to arrange one for your recipient.
Can I package multiple services together?

Can I bring my children?
We love our little guests, but we kindly ask that children only accompany you if they have an appointment or if they can remain safely supervised during your visit. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you time to settle in, check in, and get comfortable before your service begins. If you’re a new guest, arriving a little early to complete any necessary forms is appreciated!
